If you show up without notice, we may be out doing fence work on the other side of the farm & have no idea you are here.
Also, because our animals are living their best life, running around the property, we need advanced notice to call them down to come meet you.

Like all outdoor activities, check the weather before you come & make sure to dress for being outside. Wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
We love kids & love helping them learn about animals, farming, & nature. But it is important to remember that this is a working farm & animals can be unpredictable. Sometimes bears, foxes, coyotes, sneaks, snapping turtles, etc come to visit. The group will see & interact with all of the animals we care for in due time. Children need to stay with the group & not run off by themselves.

We totally get that it’s exciting to pet, feed, & snuggle new animals. But it’s important to remember to listen to your tour guide. If you don’t, you might end up touching electric fence (ouch!), stepping in poop (Eww!), or missing out on some really cool information or sights (Mother Nature waits for no one).
